Method 1: Try to uninstall existing Radeon drivers and install older ones (you may use DDU for uninstall drivers).

Method 2: You can remove your gfx card and use only integrated for a while - just for check if it's graphics card problem.

Update: I uninstalled the G.Skill 8GB kit and i haven't had a problem since. It was either because the RAM was 6 years old or that it was running at 1600 when the kit was rated at 2133.

Recently my computer has started randomly locking up with a black screen and audio freezing and i have no idea what has caused it.  i've tried removing my OC on my CPU, full factory restore on BIOS settings, checking for new drivers or updates, making sure there weren't any viruses, and nothing seems to work.  i've tried checking for errors in the Windows Reliability Monitor but nothing shows up.  Any help would be appreciated.

Specs:

Windows Build 17134

i5 3570K

ASUS P8Z77X-V PRO

16GB Kingston RAM

8GB G.Skill RAM

256GB ADATA boot SSD

256GB Crucial SSD

Gigabyte 380X

Corsair TX850 V2 PSU
