Hello Fellow People,

I have been looking at Corsair cases and stumbled across the 500D which looks good. I notice that the front io has 2x usb 3.0 and 1x usb 3.1 type c. When I look at the front case connecters, one of them i recongnise, the other is new to me (left). Do both these connectors need to plugged in for all the io to work, as I my mb only has the one on the right. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yours Sincerely,

Blatherwick

The left one is the new internal 3.1 header, yes. Most boards don't have support for this yet, so just tuck it away somewhere if you can't connect it now.

So this will mean I can’t use it unless I get a pci card which will give it?
