Like most software, handbrake probably has log files. Look for the log file, open it up with notepad/wordpad and see what happened :)

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB Fractal Define Mini C CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

Paste it here with spoiler and code tags. Or you can try with Handbrake's  own support forum.

I finally found the error by comparing with other video log file and here it is and the error is consistent with all of the problematic video

av_read_frame error (-1052488119): Invalid data found when processing input
av_read_frame error (-1052488119): Invalid data found when processing input
[08:07:55] Warning: Could not read data for preview 10, skipped

So this is happening to multiple giles? Are they from same source and/or on samr drive/partition?

As the error says the issue is with input file, I'd say that drive is your issue. I don't know if it's bad sector or is it powering off while process is running or is it even going bad. But seems like drive is at fault here. You can check it by moving problem files to another drive and trying again.

I try to encode the same file multiple time and some how the error is gone. It seems its a bug from handbrake
