There is a pin ( the yellow one) where the little dot is broken or bend al the way down. Can someone tell me if this is a problem ? My pc didnt boot into windows soo I bend some pins back that's the only one not 100% aligned . The pin is just above the middle on the left

Use a very thin needle to lift that up, in an attempt to get it to same height level.

 

If it affects your pc / cpu ... I don't know, it depends on the socket and the cpu, the pinout is different between sockets and sometimes even between cpu series that use same socket. If you're lucky, that pin is redundant or is used for power delivery (in which case multiple pins are used for same purpose, so one missing would not affect things)

yeah that's a problem. if you can't bend it back, you're looking at a new motherboard.
