Then I'll choose the best for you. So far Acer Swift 3 14 (SF314-54) is the best choice. i5-8250U, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD. However it's over budget

can someone recommend me laptop can do video editing and multi tasking,

for about 600$? max to 800$

and im living in singapore there are cheaper laptop like legion Y520 for about 699$ with i5-7300HQ / 4gb ram / 1tb hdd / and gtx 1050 4gb, are they worth? because there are many laptop like asus, xiaomi, acer, hp, lenovo..

can someone help me please.. : ) because i dont know about laptop this is first time i buy laptop

probably because it's not a U series CPU and it has a decent dGPU (GTX 1050, MX150 is terrible)

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

The Legion Y520 should be fine but I'd wait.

Lenovo is planning to launch their new Legion generation soon which should offer more performance at the same price point and should also lower the price of existing Legion Y520 laptops.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

For that price range there are better options when compared to the Y520. I would recommend the Acer Nitro 5 515-53-52FA which is different in specifications because it has a GTX 1050 TI instead of a GTX 1050 and uses a 256GB solid state drive or there is a configuration which has a 1TB hard drive (same price) if you want more storage. Although if you end up deciding for a solid state drive instead of a hard drive then the Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42-R3H6 might be better because it has a faster processor and the RX 580 for graphics which in total would mean better performance.

Hope this information post was helpful  ?,
