Doesnt matter what GPU you use, because DDR4 and 4th gen CPU arent compatible with each other and the system simply wont start.

what is the model name of the power supply?

what about 750ti?

If you can't get that get the 730.

EDIT:

I missed that you somehow have an old i3 and ddr4 ram, which dont go together at all. Have you tried to boot at all?

Neither, look at a used 750Ti if you can only afford used or a 1050Ti if you can buy new.

there's zero point in going for a GT 710 and a GT 730 can't play games worth a damn, don't bother with them and get at least a gtx 750ti/gt 1030.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Don't even bother with 1030. It's completely worthless.

Get a used last gen 950. If you don't have the money for that, than start saving up. Otherwise get a 1030 and play games in Excel and Word.

I guess OP does not have a motherboard yet.

@SanjeevCP your parts are not compatible with each other. What kind of budget do you have for this system?

About the GT 710: its underlying architecture was already old upon its release a few years back. With games keep getting inclreasingly more demanding, I would definitely not recommend this outdated entry-level card.

The 730 is a tiny bit better, but nowadays it is not a good card either. It won't be able to run new games on decent settings at all.
