Worth it to upgrade to a 6700k from fx8350?

My current build has:

Ram 16gb ddr3

Cpu Fx8350

Mobo: Amd msi 970 gaming

Gpu: windforce 980ti

Thinking about upgrading to

8gb ddr 4 with more to follow on a z170 or 270 chipset and a i7 6700k

Is it worth it to upgrade?

The i7-6700K is about 30% quicker.

Yes it's worth it. ur 980ti must be bottlenecked a lot by the 8350 and 6700k is 60% faster

See here :

You will get good gaming performance a 6700k runs everything smoothly easy ;) anmd a 980 ti is mostly like a gtx 1070 (that I have)

a 8350 bottlenecks those card pretty hard
