Nope. Buying it all new comes in at less than $500 so even if it's all practically new with receipts included, you'll have to subtract about 30% at least for the fact that the stuff was ever used.

Without OS its worthless. Only those who know about PCs will get one without OS. And they will note that its not worth $500 without OS.
