You would have to root your phone first...Go to https://www.xda-developers.com/  and you can find everything about rooting and flashing new roms there for your device..many custom roms allows you to overclock your cpu(you wouldnt notice much of a difference but you can do it).

I have root and twrp and Custom ROM

I need kernel but I can't find one

Are you on oreo? if yes then i found labyrinth kernel, it actually worked, but if youre on nougat, then you can find some too, just search the internet, if u need likea custom rom, or custom recovery, or root zip - just hit me up.
