Do I get gsync or go with something like DyAc for a 240hz moniter.

Depends on which g sync panel you're talking about, as well as if your PC can even get 240 FPS in your desired game.

It can hit it in the game I want it.

but would gsync or ULMB be smoother than DyAc?

gsync costs a lot of money though...

actually gsync allows for variable refresh rate, it works when you have less fps than hz in refresh rate, it synchronizes frames on pc with frames on panel, sooo it doesn't matter that your pc is not capable of 240 fps

im talking about ulmb on the games over 240 and gsync on the games under...

It really depends on if you can detect a distinguishable difference between 144/240.

Pushing above 144, I really struggle to notice a difference. I have to be told that one of them goes beyond that, and I have to deliberately look for something to indicate the lower refresh rate. My sample size for reference, though, is only two independent instances.

If you can't, there's little reason to push to 240 unless you can pick up a monitor for cheaper that way.
