nVidia - no critique from the Press in the Future- Heise publishes nVidia NDA

The highly regarded German journalists from heise.de relased an nVidia NDA that nVidia send out earlier this Month.

You might want to use a Translator because it is in German.

 

But you can also take a look at the original Document from nVidia.

 

The Thing they didn't like was that this document sets a time frame of 5 Years for every information from nVidia.

 

And to make matters worse, Point 3:

3. Use Restrictins. Recipient shall use Confidential Information soley for the benefit of nVidia
