AIO Pump Header as Fan Header - Stay or Splitter?

Hi, so a bit of background; I've had my PC for just under two weeks now, and I've had my third case fan connected into my AIO pump header (since my motherboard only has two chassis fan headers) and it just works™. I have it set to PWM mode so it doesn't spin at a constant 1500RPM airplane engine fan and will instead dynamically change speeds based on PC temperature.

Should I just:
1. Continue to use my AIO pump header as my third case fan?

or

2. Buy a splitter for said aforementioned fan?

In addition, if I continue to use the AIO pump header, what effects might it have on a case fan made for, well, a fan header?

Finally, if I buy a splitter, what splitter should I be getting and what things should I be looking for in a typical fan splitter?

Is the header on the AIO also controlled seperately? It's not the best scenario to have two seperate controllers running. You want to adjust the fans to create positive pressure, if fans start deviating the pressure could become negative ->dust.

My AIO pump header seems to be controlled seperately from the case fans. The thing with both my case and AIO pump header fans is that they run pretty close to each other, they'd all be within ~100RPM of each other, so I don't have much concern for interrupted case air pressure.

That makes two of us, I can barely manage my RGB fan header, SATA and data cables, and case fan cables without getting a migraine haha
