It might be because the white ones came out first (and the black ones look subjectively better)

did u test the sound with 3.5 or usb? and onboard sound or sound card for 3.5mm?

 

I test all headphones with an Objective 2 amp and ODAC combo unit from Mayflower Electronics.

 

I'm not a huge fan of USB sound cards or software surround effects, and so while I mention them in my reviews I don't spend any time with those features because they are not very important selling points to me personally.

Linus, are you going to make a 9h review? They cost less than Siberia Elites and may be just as good or better. Also there's a version without the soundcard here in Finland which costs 40€ less, so I'm really looking into it.

I will do a 9H review at some point but I haven't even listened to them yet, so it's a little ways out.
