Gonna need some more info there, 

 

What specs?

.... Please provide more data on your current circumstances, there could be 100+ issues that could be a occurring everything from a dead cable to an incorrectly configured BIOS.

It didnt even went to bios it just says display port on the top left of the monitor (completely no experience in building a computer it did lit)

So I see there are plenty of back and forth about the no display and the specs. I am seeing

What do you mean by only 1? You will need to hook up 2 8 Pin power for this to work. 

 

If you continue to have problems, you could first run the display through the onboard Video and then once Windows is already up and running, install the Drivers. After doing so, reboot and transfer the wires to run off the Video Card.

I know this may sound a little crazy but bear with me, please remove the graphics card, restart, then try the MOBO outputs, if that does not get you to BIOS restart again, and then reattempt to reach the BIOS, if that fails then turn off the computer, reinstall the card, and reinsert the cable into the cards outputs, restart, if it fails to reach the BIOS then restart again. *P.S. turn off the computer before removing the card.

Alright, see if any of these work:

- Try switching the input on the monitor with the menu.

- Check if the displayport is loose

- Switch to motherboard outputs

Can you turn on your computer? If not, it could be the PSU and motherboard issue.

If your computer is on(fan spinning and light on), then graphic card issue. 

For a beginner, the most possible problem is you plug the jumper incorrectly. Post a clear photo, let us see how it is.

Keyboard and mouse are not even turning on or they are not functional
