So a boss for some fashion company is trying to decide over Google Drive or Dropbox, and asked me a stupid question.

He wants to know why creative people are choosing Dropbox over Google Drive.

How do I explain to him that it's not because Dropbox is more 'creative' per say? That it's just because they prefer some features over Google Drive and that it has nothing to do with creativity or fashion? LOL

Why dont you just say to him what you typed out there. I do not see what the problem is.

Try one, try the other, try a third, try a fourth and fifth and see how it works for your company.

You could even print out the features for him/her to read for each service.

Now I know I know, this day in age who wants to talk to people face to face. Maybe just text him or email him this link.

Dropbox hands down for design work. Using Dropbox you can preview PSD and other creative files directly in the browser, reducing the number of "proofs" you need to send to clients by way of exporting to JPG every time you need to send one. Clients can even markup or comment on the files right from within the Dropbox website so that you can see what changes they want made. Dropbox has these features because they purchased Pixelapse a while ago, which was a version control file storage system for designers. https://techcrunch.com/2015/01/26/dropbox-acquires-pixelapse/
