Probably around $100 at most, slightly more if its 4GB

about $100. Dont get the 4gb, no performance benefit because the 960 isnt fast enough to use more than 2gb and there are many 960 4gb scam cards that are something much worse, say a GT 440 4gb with modded BIOS

For the 2 GB version you could be looking at $ 100. The 4 GB version is probably something around $ 125-ish since (as pointed out by @Jurrunio) the 4 GB did not really improve performance very much.

 

P.S. Looked at some local second hand offers for the 960 just now... There's a guy that thinks that his 960 2 GB is worth € 300 ($ 350)

£ 140 is about $ 190 or € 160. I'd say that he's stretching it a bit

a pair of 960s, then yes. For 1 card that's outrageous (though not the worst markup I've ever seen)

80 to 85 pounds is actually the maximum I would be willing to spend on a GTX 960. If he offers that amount, there won't be any headroom left to negotiate.
