Can the person you borrowed it from tell you if it has any important data on it besides the W7 installer? If it doesn't then just reformat the stick.

 

Also assigning the VM a virtual CD-ROM and assigning the CD-ROM a windows7.iso its a simpler way of installing the OS with less risk to physical hardware.

it only had win7 installer

Then format away. If you have the windows7.iso handy you could even reinstall it for your associate. Like it never even happened ;).

I don't have it and i cannot install it anywhere(the iso)

Was it any special version like pre-activated or was it just a run of the mill normal copy? If you can find one or tell your friend the USB drive didn't work and ask them for the .ISO so you can use the CD-ROM method then you can use Rufus to install the .ISO back onto the thumb drive. It'd only take a few minutes.

Preactivated.... 
It was actually my dad's and i am trying to figureout if he deleted it or not

I'm sorry to say but if your dad deleted the .ISO thinking the USB installer would last forever then he's less than the smartest person.

 

Always, always, always have backups.
