SFC scannow returns with error.DISM online also can't repair.please help

Could you provide more details?

 

What's your Windows version and what were you trying to fix? (like what errors are you getting?)

Windows 7 ultimate.My pc shutsdown suddenly without any warning,when i log into the event viewer i get the code 7001 error service control manager.Login times are getting delayed
