I had a problem starting my computer

So I started my PC and it went to the BIOS over and over again and then I thought it was my gbu since I didn't find it in the BIOS and I took it out and put it back in and now the PC wont go even into the BIOS and the fans won't start spinning. Anybody know how to fix this?

 

Specs:

i7 6700 

RAM kingston furyx 8gb

gtx 950 

Asus h110m d-d3 m/o

plug into the motherboard and try again. see what it does.  Go into bios to see if your vid card is there and be sure that both are enabled with the 950 as the primary.

It wont go into the bios either so that's a problem

Take out the GPU and try to boot into the BIOS
