SOLUTION THAT I HAVE FOUND -

The problem persists with the VGA port on the card, today I have just purchased a HDMI - VGA adapter for the card in which I have plugged into my second monitor, The problem with the colors are no more! there is 100% normal color reproduction now!

What I decided to do is use the monitor plugged into the VGA port on my GPU as my second monitor (Off to the left). In which I will be using the monitor in front of me with the HDMI - VGA adapted port from now on. The reason why I have come to this is because I already have tweaked the color so much in NVIDIA Control Panel, That the saturation with the black colors looks slightly more normal. I would like to thank TakataruMC and PastaDwarf for helping conclude this topic.

Thanks!

So a couple of days ago I recently purchased an ASUS GTX 750 TI 2GB and installed it, which replaced my old ECS GTX 560 1GB Variant. In which I have installed the newest NVIDIA drivers and my games run fine (Better than what I had originally expected). The 750 TI has 1 HDMI, 1 DVI-D, and a VGA Port. I have a dual monitor setup which I am currently using one with VGA because I had overlooked that I only had DVI-I to VGA adapters instead of DVI-D.

My issue is not performance wise, it is with the color output. For example, the black color that Steam uses for the UI has a slight green tint to it. Some transparent / gray items on web pages and or applications tend to have a weird greenish tint to them. What confuses me is that the GPU does not show any signs of being on its way out. When I went to see if it was my MB earlier today I have noticed it wasn't the 16x PCI-e slot. I reinstalled my old card and the problem had subsided, In which I reinstalled the NEW card and installed the NVIDIA drivers again.

One thing that I do want to note is that whilst installing the drivers, the colors had turned to complete normal, just as they had before with the old card before I installed the NEW one. In which when the new drivers were installed the problem had began again.

It would be much appreciated if you could give me any information or if you might have the same issue. Any response would be appreciated!

Have you ever tried installing an older driver from Nvidia? Try that first, after that... well I don't know anymore. As you've said without the drivers it is fine, well that could be a driver issue. If that doesn't fix that, well probably the card is already busted since your display works properly with your old GPU. I recommend trying the older drivers first, if problem still persists, it's much better to go back to where you bought it for them to test it there.

Well I'm not completely pushed to think that the card is already toast, I have no artifacting in games, the card doesn't cause my system to blue screen, and it runs way cooler than my old card, I will keep this topic open for more responses. Thanks for your comment!

This makes it seem like it might be a configuration issue, have you tried performing a clean installation with the drivers?

Failing that, look in the nvidia control panel for colour adjustment settings ( NVIDIA Control Panel > Display > Adjust desktop colour settings ) and make sure the settings are correct or are at defaults (e.g. Hue is at 0°, Brightness, Contrast & Digital Vibrance is set to 50%, Gamma is set to 1.00, etc.)

Desktop: HP Z220 Workstation, 12 GB RAM, 2x500 GB HDD RAID0, + GTX 1060 3GB

Laptop: ThinkPad T430, 8 GB RAM, 1x120 GB SSD

Yes I have reinstalled the drivers with DDU, and I have gone to the extent of clearing CMOS.
