after a few games of csgo. max vcore 1.328 and temps are 74c?

I feel like theese temps are very high. NZXT kraken x52 cooler, pump speed 100%, fan speed 80%.

Your temps look pretty okay to me. You can stress the CPU though with AIDA64(free trial) to see what its temperature sits at.

They are more than likely as a result of spikes for less than a second or so. I would be concerned if your temperatures were consistently in that region while playing something such as CS:GO.

 

You could use something such as MSI Afterburner's OSD (On-Screen Display) to monitor each core temperature while in-game. You would more than likely see them all hovering around 50°C or so with the occasional spike which is completely normal.

I forgot to mention that you also could see those spikes by doing very little on your machine (i.e. watching videos, browsing the forums, etc.).

 

I myself haven't done anything you could consider intensive since booting, all cores have been glued to around 30°C , but there have been spikes as high as 70°C as background processes and so forth take place.
