2 PS$s with games to 1 with game fom both???

My cousin's kid has 2 PS4s, both have games on the drives... Can he put the games on one on the others drive, so instead of 1 with some games & another with some he would just have 1 with them all?

Connect both to the same LAN, go to settings and choose transfer stuff from other PS4 or to other...
