Just get the 8700 with a B360 mobo and cheap air cooler (not the stock one, that one's too bad). That way, you can get hyperthreading for a small price increase and slightly lower clocks (4.3GHz all cores on the 8700 is still impressive)

if would recommend going with ryzen and b350 to save money. RX 580's are cheaper that 1060s right now but switching is only going to save you about $60-30 so if you think its worth it thats an option.
