Headphone amp/ or DAC

does anyone have any recommendations on something i cheap i can plug my headphones into? my front panel audio jacks don't work and have been using a USB headset but finally got my desk mic and need something i can plug my headphones into, nothing special, just something fairly cheap, just don't want it to suck really bad either.

You can probs get a cheap valve amp on ebay, Techmoan did a review on some a while ago.

Most of the cheap valve amps on eBay aren't real valve amps though. EEVBlog did some teardowns, and all there was, was power to the LED in the tubes, and some basic solid state amp was actually doing the work.
 

So, while you can get some decent ones, you gotta be super careful.
