After a quick look around, in the UK I can get an i5 4690K brand new for £190 (approx. $250), plus the fact that yours is used, I'd say at least drop $250 off the price.

 

EDIT: The above is only if you're assuming you can get the cost of the build that PCPP is showing. (But I'm guessing that's why the i5 price on there is so ridiculous).

 

Like Syn 2112 said, $500 should sell easily, maybe even $600.

The motherboard is worth the same or a bit more than the 4th gen i5 which I would value at $100 at most.

So $100 CPU, $100 MoBo, $70-$100 for the RAM, $160-$200 for the GPU, case, PSU, WIndows... yeah, I would say that it is definitely worth at least $500 and you may be able to sell it even for $600.

Start by listing the PC for $ 600. You could always go lower if needed, but I wouldn't go below $ 500.

Make sure you take clear and enough pictures of all the components and write a good description.

I have seen tons of listings that completely turned me off, simply because they had one blurry picture of only the case with a poor or deceitful discription.
