Floatplane renew not working

Hello. the automatic payment method for the floatplane club got taken out of my paypal account a few days ago, but i dont seem to have floatplane access. please help.

no. floatplane tab no longer appears on top of the forum homepage and it says im no longer a floatplane pilot.

Did it expire? i revoked my paypal auth but it had only removed my access after it had expired. When did you last pay for FP?

RAM: 2x4 gig sticks of kingston DDR3

GPU: heheh- the amd A10 APU with radeon graphics oh wow

PSU: What ever is inside this thing

MOBO: same thing as the psu

 

Hah. this is my laptop. spooked.

it expired for a few days. but then an auto payment happened this morning, and it's still not showing me floatplane.

Ah, and so it was taken out of your account. Just to be sure, have you tried clearing your browser cookies and re logging in? That fixed it for me.

Please follow the instructions in the pinned topic in this section (also linked in the post above), which has a wizard that should fix it for you. If that doesn't work, there's a support email there which you should contact.
