Alternative Steam URL still up?

As all of you probably know, Steam is down: http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/steampowered.com.html

However, if I remember correctly, Slick once mentioned an alternative website for the Steam store, that's usually still up during sales.

 

Does anyone remember what that URL is? Thanks guys!

I don't think so.. You can't actually buy games here.

There's no site where you can actually buy the games, but you can decide what you will buy on steamdb.info
