Asus RT-N12+ won't reset, cannot access configuration

Just got a replacement for our almost unusable no-name router, tried to factory reset it, but instead all the LEDs are blinking in unison, configuration cannot be accessed. Is there some kind of fix for it?

UPDATE: It seems instead of resetting, it enters into WPS mode, which I don't want or need. All I need is a factory reset somehow, since I cannot remember the passwords.
