Are you sure its plugged in all the way and tried twisting to check if it's just the connector?

I bought a HyperX Cloud 2 and I noticed, that the left side is way louder than the right one. So I did some testing and found out, that it's only inconsistent when I use the USB dongle that comes with it, I'm not using 7.1 Surround Sound, so it's not that.

The 1m cable is way too short for my purposes, so I need the dongle. Everything is put in as far at it can go and I really hope that I don't need to get another extension cable.

Can somebody help me? Thanks in advance.
