So I was going to build my friend a pc but along the way found this: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerpc-gamer-ultra-desktop-amd-ryzen-5-1400-8gb-memory-amd-radeon-rx-580-1tb-hard-drive-black/5833100.p?skuId=5833100

All together if I were to put together a similar build it would be more expensive, plus it comes with keyboard, mouse, and farcry 5, never thought I would say this but I might buy a prebuilt, thoughts?

Prebuilts aren't a bad consideration nowadays. They don't seem to be affected by the GPU and RAM inflation that otherwise affects system builders. The RX580 alone is currently going for over $300 in most store fronts, so....yea....

This pc also comes with a b350 motherboard and an rx 580 would add another 300 to that build, I don't think he plans on keeping the keyboard and mouse, most likely gonna sell it

Its not a bad price considering the graphics card itself is $300 and CPU $130. Once you throw in motherboard, RAM, case, HDD, PSU, Windows, mouse, KB... you will probably pay as much if not even more on its own.

And this will handle almost all games on Ultra at 1080p 60FPS.

I definitely recommend you buy the pre-built. It's actually not that bad especially with the inflated GPU prices. Don't worry about the keyboard and mouse a lot of reviewers think its solid, don't expect to be mind blown but you should see a very decent build quality. You should be able to play all games at 1080 high settings 60fps and even some at 1440p. You should definitely be able to play FarCry at high settings.
