Cooling for I5 8600k at ~5 ghZ

Hi i am looking to buy a i5 8600k and oc it to around 5 ghz and I don't know what cooler to buy under 100$ air or liquid the only things I need in it is to run quiet cool and so you will be able to see my trident z ram thanks

unless he delidded his cpu it wont be enough. for 5ghz oc. what voltage are you going for?

be quiet dark rock 3/4 (non-pro) got my i5-7600k at 1.28V on this. still decently quiet and ram visible. temps around 75 celcius
