Well, it is recommended to do a clean install of Windows since you changed platforms but if you don't want to do that, uninstalling all the old Intel drivers and chipset drivers and installing new ones should be enough.

Naw, should be fine. Just uninstall all your old drivers and put the new ones on.

if i dont do the clean install of windows and just delete the old drivers and install new ones will i experience lag or a disadvantage?

It really depends... on many stuff. But generally, you should be fine. But Windows can be weird sometimes. It's just recommended so that you will avoid possible issues in the future.
