I got an anti static bag for my gpu today. And it felt static-y. I know sounds weird. I’ll elaborate. When I was putting the gpu in the bag, it kept closing itself with force. Like static charge. So I feel now like I’ve put my gpu in its deathbed. Have I just killed it? ?

You're fine.  They're a lot tougher than you think.  Did your arm hair rise a little from the bag too?

Jayz2cents showed that shocking a PC with static discharge didn't hurt components and I know no one who uses a grounding strap to build or mess around with computers.

But to your point, if it's in a bag or dead.... it's not gaming very well either way :)  Get to gaming!!!

Did you buy the bag from somewhere with a reputation or did you pick it up from a random sketchy vendor? Personally I've never had a anti static bag feel staticy. Though if it does then the static should only be on the outside.

Status is kept on the outside if the bag, so it could very well be that. You can ground the bag and discharge any status it's got.

Every GPU I got send by EVGA was packed just in a bubble foil.

I shock my HW with static every day multiple times... it's fine

If you're feeling static from the outside, the bag is doing what it was designed to do.  You could discharge the bag or yourself after handling the bag to prevent any esd after the fact.  I wouldn't worry either way though, chances of ESD damage to computer components today are super low.
