Yes definitely, if your streaming is encoding in the CPU and stressing it a bit (which yours is).

Just make sure that your overclock is stable because it is not fun to lose a stream because of a crash.

Does it improve my FPS and cpu usage efficiency. It use to be 95% when playing fortnite, now its lower than 90 most of the time. Is that something to oc my i5 6600k from 3.5 to 4.2

based off gaming bench marks from techtubers theres a minimal FPS gain to overclocking your CPU in fortnite for what ever reason it just doesnt care all that much about clock speed

if its the CPU holding you back then yah. generally your CPU does all the encoding stuff so more CPU power will help

#1. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

#2. It's best to keep your mouth shut; and appear to be stupid, rather than open it and remove all doubt.

#3. There is nothing "wrong" with being wrong. Learning from a mistake can be more valuable than not making one in the first place.
