From Tier 6 to Tier 4+ for ~€50?

Quadriplegic

So, long story short:
I'm looking into possibilities of upgrading from Tier 6 air cooler (Dark Rock Advanced) to Tier 4 cooler with maximum budget of €50 (it would be more of luxury than a must though).

So far I have narrowed down these options:
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/q9QRsY/scythe-mugen-5-512-cfm-cpu-cooler-scmg-5000
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/xGqbt6/deepcool-cpu-cooler-maelstrom120k
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/qr7v6h/id-cooling-frostflow-240-745-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-frostflow-240

AIOs should have better cooling performance, but Mugen should be bit quiter.
The ultimate question is, are these cheap-ish AIOs reliable enough to put them in system for 2-3 years of use?

I'd also be down for other good suggestions in Europe (I live in Lithuania, local stores are bit short on CPU coolers)

I'd be using Ryzen 1600x in a Fractal Design Focus G.

From that cooler to a single fan AIO it seems a bad choice, if it's a luxury take a noctua or a dark rock pro

Case: Corsair 760T  |  Psu: Evga  650w p2 | Cpu-Cooler : Noctua Nh-d15 | Cpu : 8600k  | Gpu: Gygabyte 1070 g1 | Ram: 2x8gb Gskill Trident-Z 3000mhz |  Mobo : Aorus GA-Z370 Gaming K3 | Storage : Ocz 120gb sata ssd , sandisk 480gb ssd , wd 1gb hdd | Keyboard : Corsair k95 rgb plat. | Mouse : Razer deathadder elite | Monitor: Dell s2417DG (1440p 165hz gsync) & a crappy hp 24' ips 1080p | Audio: Schiit stack + Akg k712pro + Blue yeti.

The reason why it's a luxury is because I could go for Meshify C instead of Focus G (about €40 difference) and use Dark Rock Advanced I already have.

High end air coolers are better than low end AIOs (including noise levels) despite costing about the same. From your current cooler I'd either upgrade to something like a noctua nh-d14s or not bother.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

Well the case airflow it's important , so look for best airflow , 5º can be a lot for last gen nvidia cards and amd is going same way. Take cpu cooler (it seems perfect) and buy the best case you can afford .

air coolers beat the same priced AIOs generally while also being quieter. Cryorig H5 Ultimate is €47 and is pretty decent

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Thanks for the input!

I have decided to stick to my current cooler, so if I end up upgrading to Ryzen, I will get Meshify C.
