Price varies. Where are you shopping / located and what prices are you looking at?

What cpu are you cooling?

 

The 212 Evo is the best performer of the 3 being slightly better than the Pure Rock while being much noisier. If you're aiming for low noise, the Pure Rock will perform better for the noise. The PR Slim is only slightly behind the Pure Rock in performance despite the smaller size due to the higher rpm fan.

That depends a lot. I've dialed in a decent 4,6 OC on my i3 8350K, temps were never above 60c even during stress tests on a medium fan curve on the Hyper 212 Evo. My 7700K on the other hand... Probably wouldn't keep up even at stock speeds...

Depends on CPU. Not if you have 7700K or 8700K. Pretty much anything else can OC. Not at highest hights, but can.
