Suddenly Loosing fps when streaming!!

I am using i5 8600k and Gtx 1060 6gb,,, I had no issue with streaming last 30 days, but now when i am streaming, my fps is going down big! like a drop of 80-90 fps.

I use Obs, and Nvec settings,, recently a driver update came, but many gamers said they had issue with the new update of gtx 1060, so i haven't updated yet. Also my windows 10 was updated, since then i am facing this problem.

Can someone plz suggest me any solution.

monitor what background apps is running and ram usage too . There are many people facing this after windows update. Maybe some of the new feature cause the fps loosing too

You Could Try to use the quicksync setting instead to see if it helps
