New gtx 1080 issues

So I got a new gtx 1080 today and it works and plays games fine, I installed nvidia drivers and I think I got rid of amd drivers with ddu, but stuff like this keeps happening please help

I tried that and undid it because it made the issue worse and occur more. No overclock right now.

Is it a factory OC one? did you buy second hand?

I'd probably return it? My RX 480s were doing that when I OC'd, but not that bad. I couldn't get each individual card to reproduce. Found that was low voltage. Upped the voltage and power limit fixed it.

I really don't want to have to if it's just a software issue.

Drivers would be software. Needing to increase voltage would be hardware.

 

You can try running DDU again, on safe mode with full cleaning and everything might help. Just try it again. Go into deliver manager and see if anything is there. What PSU are you using? What's the rest of your hardware?

Nope that fucked it up more. I have a seasonic 750w focus+ gold and an r5 1600. Ill try ddu

your OC profile maybe not be good anymore new hardware makes different power demands. Overclocking is about  millivolts try no OC and see if you still get blue screened

if nothing works then it could be a DOA card, I'd get ready to ship it back to where you bought it from.

Well it's not dead, it works like 75% of the time. I'm trying the safe boot ddu complete wipe.  What do I do after, just install geforce drivers from nvidia?

DDU for ATI and Nvidia  in safe mode is what I would try Best of luck
