Fitting hardware in evolv shift X

Hey, I am currently planning my first build and I have chosen the parts already: GTX 1080Ti/(1180 if announced in next month or 2), i7 8700K, 16GB DDR4 3000MHz, 500GB M.2 etc. That's beside the point, my real question is will I be able to fit a 280mm radiator (Kraken X62 Rev 2) in a Phanteks evolve shift X with a full size ATX power supply? I know they fit when using a SFX power supply and I know 280mm is supported but I am not too sure if these 2 would block eachother as where the PSU and radiator would be are in the same general area. The reason I need to go with a ATX power supply is because I am planning on doing overclocking on both the GPU and CPU and the highest wattage I can find on a SFX power supply is 600W and I don't feel too comfortable using this wattage when overclocking these components. Yes, they would run fine stock but I am not really wanting to risk it with the overclocks. Any advice on the matter would be appreciated, thank you.

Shouldn't have a problem since it's on opposite sides.  I had more of a problem with my MSI 1070ti Titanium and my x62.  The power cables coming out of the card were hitting against the fans.  I had to run right angle power connectors so it would clear.

600w is fine for a 1080ti and an 8700k. How else would builds like this exist?
