What hyperdimension neptunia game should I buy?

There's a weekend sale going on steam for these games, I thought I'd pick one up and try it out, I've never played one before and there are so many of them.

I would start with the re:birth series.

Those 3 and the megadimension one are sort of the original story, the rest are spin-offs.

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3

I got Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 previously without any experience in the rest of the series. According to Steam I played it for about 4 hours. It has potential but I got distracted by FFXIV which has been my time sink since. Want to go back some day...

Check this site out before buying from steam, might be cheaper for you (It is for me) I've used them in the past(still do), they used to be bundle stars.

https://www.fanatical.com/en/search?search=Hyperdimension Neptunia

I personally haven't played the games, kinda want to tho.

Edit: Nvm didn't see the bundle on steam...
