Need help with buying monitor(~125USD)

Games that I play are League, osu, fortnite......... Need recommendations, kinda clueless, my previous monitor that died was a 1440x900

I'm sure you can get 24" with 125USD. Other than that, I usually recommend 144hz 1ms for gaming or IPS for content creation.
But with that budget, try to get:
- 1080p (required)
- lowest input lag you can find (required)
- 24" (recommended)
- 1ms response time (recommended)

 

Any brand should do as long as it has some kind of support

Actually I found an Acer ET241Y going for 115$ that's quite a deal right?
