Brand New DT770's Labeled incorrectly

I just purchased some Beyerdynamic DT770's from ebay and the headphones are labled 80ohms on the right side, but the left earcup says 250ohms.

Did I somehow purchase a fake pair, or are these just mislabled?

 

I ordered the 80ohm version, by the way.

PSU: Generic Azza 500W Power Supply (It's probably about to blow up)

Case: InWin 805 Infinity (never buy this case)

So a Minor update. I contacted the seller, and they said they'd replace them for free. My question now is Should I bother? They sound fine to me, but if I ever have issues in the future and have to have them RMA'd will beyerdynamic fix them if they're labeled incorrectly?

Replace them for sure. I would NEVER buy that used. I'm not even very OCD but THIS IS MADNESS.

Yes, just have it replaced since it's free and clearly the seller's issue/fault. Like you'd said, in case you ever need to RMA it (IF it's under warranty) having a properly labeled pair would help. BTW, I have a pair of the DT770's myself, haven't used it much lately, but so liking mine.

I contacted BD, and they said there shouldn't be an issue in the event I need to RMA them. I may end up keeping them, but I might replace them. Still haven't decided.

They called it an "interesting find."
