try reflashing the USB with windows ISO
sometimes the flashing is broke and you have to reflash

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

He needs a bios update for that mobo to support that cpu.

But i think that asus has a feature to flash the bios without a cpu, called a usb bios flash or something like that.

Full system specs?

Also agree that it may be the USB installer, so try re-doing that... or check if the installer works in another PC/laptop.

For windows you dont' need to use Rufus. Just use the media creation tool. I would bet money if you just do it this way it will install windows with no issues.

Ok, just to make sure that everything is being done correctly:

You used another computer and created a bootable USB with Windows Media Creation tool. Then plug the USB into the motherboard of the new build. When you turn on the computer it "should" boot and load right into the windows installation. What I would also do and is just common practice for me, is make sure that ONLY the drive you are installing windows on is plugged into the motherboard. So if you are using an M.2 or SSD make sure that is the only drive connected at the time of installation. Also make sure your boot options in bios are not disabled. In your pic in first post boot #2 is disabled. You want to make sure what ever is your main OS drive is showing up in the bios. Once you load into windows installation it should show that drive and allow you to format it partition it for the new installation.

if all that fails, re-download a fresh media creation tool from microsoft
