Tbh i'm waiting for an EPYC build so they can actually do X gamers 1 CPU.

The current versions are a bit cheat-y because they actually use 2 cpu's.

probably better off with gigabyte gtx 1080 minis, just as small and with lower power consumption.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Probably not. Vega still has a hefty price tag, v56 is finally back in stock, but around $600, where you can just get a 1080.

I'd be interested in seeing a follow up video but would Kingston sponser that again, I dunno.

How will the temps be?

There is also a 1080ti mini, but the temps are not the greatest... and it has 2 fans not 1.

Probably not great. I recall several reviews of the old Fury Nano cards suffering with temp issues on air cooling.

But put multiple 1080ti minis on water, that could be something interesting.

What is EPYC - 32 cores? Could be interesting but I like the way the dual socket boards were used - technically cheat-y but kinda cool

Power delivery would be the deciding factor, because if you are going to one up 7 gamers then you'd need multiple power supplies.

Do they run off a single 8pin cable or 6+8?

one 8-pin, so it'll work.

Yeah epyc goes up to 32 cores, and you can go dual with them so 64 cores 128 threads on 1 board is possible :P
