Cause it's probably the monitor. Or possibly the cable, too.

My PC outputs redder image than it needs to be I don't know if it's the ram or the CPU but I tried on integrated graphics and on a separate graphics card system info:

CPU:i7 6700

Ram:2 sticks of ddr4 8gb

Motherboard:ga h170m d3h

Graphics card:r9 380

That'd mean its an issue with the panel in your monitor, or the setting have simply been messed up.

 

If your monitor has its own built in settings and on screen display, have a look around in there.
