The STRIX card is a non-reference PCB and therefore will not work with any of the A-series kits.

 

Edit: Actually the 1060 reference design is also not compatible with the A-series kit, it has to be an aftermarket PCB that has similarities to the 70's 80's like in the case of the EVGA cards.

Whoops

I agree, Aluminum is a non ideal solution, but besided theremals (minorly) & galvanic corrosion was possible if I use copper parts, there are literally no downsides except for that.
