Please help me find the right wifi access point

Hey guys, I could really use some help finding a wireless access point that isn't complete overkill (like the Asus AC3100) but that could handle a NAS plugged in to it as a network device, 4k streaming, multiple devices and very high speed internet (around 100 mbps or even 300 mbps internet, haven't decided yet which speeds I'm going to get for the apartment I'm moving into).

I use a https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-RT-AC3200-Tri-Band-Wireless-Gigabit/dp/B00Y2NVH4O for wireless at home, it can handle my Synology NAS my desktop and 35 other devices that are connected at home, it handles my 200 MBPS broadband perfectly, and from what i can see it is £100 cheaper that the AC3100) not sure if that helps
