Keyboard USB lagging bios

JoopZ

Ignore my idiocy, I forgot how to go back from that tab for a while. However, we have an odd problem here. Whenever I unplug a specific 1 of 2 keyboard USB's from the computer, it boots fine, and bios doesn't lag. However, when I plug it back in, boot up takes 2-3 minutes, and bios lags like crazy. Any ideas?

It's on a fresh install of W10 now with a new SSD, all drivers have been installed fresh to the latest available. I have updated BIOS to the latest version for the Maximus VI Hero.

Yes, everything is secure and correct. Checked it multiple times.

After some further digging, I have found it's quite a common problem with the Corsair K70 RGB and Asus motherboards. Seems here are a few others with the same issue from years ago: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=133976

Yet the issue was not resolved.

It appears it's the keyboard itself. Tried it in a different PC, and the problem happened on the other PC. When tried another keyboard in the first PC, it booted fine.
