2700 or the 2600x

I'm going to be building my pc (1st costom one)

I was wondering wether the extra 60 bucks is worth upgrading to the 2700from the 2600x

The reason is that I want to start streaming gameplay on it..

Also is the h60 from Corsair going to do a better job than the stick wraith spire or the bequiet dark rock 4?

bequiet dark rock 4 pro > aio (tbh all aios are louder and less reliable than a good air cooler, expect in 2-3 years to begin to fail with an aio and the difference is 2º-4º at max, if not 0º)

and 2600 - 2600x is the same (x is like overclocked from factory with this ryzen) So from what I've heard on this forum best bang for the buck is the highest core number with the lowest clock speed , but if I were you I would buy 2700 or 2600 instead an X.
