I need some major help in the cooling Catagory

I am looking for a cooler for my laptop that won't takes up much space and will cool my laptop (17-inch laptop) because I am planning to overclock my CPU which has integrated graphics (Hd Intel 5500) and my CPU is a dual-core i7 5500. I heard that vacuum coolers block the vent for your fan which is extremely bad for your fan and most cooling pads take up to much space on my 17 inches (width) desk and a length of about 35 - 40 inch (length). also I kind of need it at about around $1 - $15. I am willing to pay slightly more if necessary. Since I will have a USB keyboard for my laptop which takes up a good amount of desk space. Also, I do have a top/upper plank of wood on my desk that is about 35 inches in length and about 10 inches in width. which is where I am planning to put my pc on. So either a vacuum cooler that won't cover up much of my internal fan's mesh or a small cooling pad, either way, I need it to be able to withstand the heat of overclocking. (my CPU's max is 2.9 planning to reach 3.2 which should give a good boost in fps.)

And yes I have looked for over 3 hours and couldn't really find anything. I am hoping you guys will have better luck. as everyone has a different style of searching. (Feel free to give me overclocking advice!)
